Math & ELA Classes Special Education Classes

Starting September 22, we are offering Math and English Language Arts classes led by licensed special education teachers through our partnership with Casey’s Special Education Services. These classes are designed specifically for learners who benefit from individualized instruction, tailored supports, and a holistic approach to growth.

What to Expect in Our Math & ELA Classes

Individualized Instruction

Every child is unique, which is why Casey’s team creates customized lesson plans and modifications based on:

  • Student learning profiles and identified support needs

  • Diagnostic data and Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

  • Recommendations from therapy providers (ABA, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, etc.)

  • Input, collaboration, and ongoing feedback from parents and caregivers

A Collaborative Approach

Our special education teachers work hand-in-hand with families and team members to ensure that learning goals are supported both inside and outside of the classroom. Instruction is scaffolded to promote independence while maintaining the right level of support. Families can expect consistent communication and advocacy for each learner’s academic, social, and emotional success.

Progress Monitoring & Growth

Student progress is reviewed on a regular basis. Plans are adjusted to reflect growth, developmental changes, and new goals. This ensures instructional methods and accommodations remain relevant and effective, creating a responsive learning environment that evolves with each child’s needs.

Therapeutic Support

In addition to licensed teachers, our program integrates support from specialized providers. Through our trusted partners, students benefit from ABA, Speech, Occupational Therapy, and Executive Functioning services that are designed to “push in” and complement academic instruction. This collaborative approach ensures that therapeutic goals—such as communication, self-regulation, and independence—are reinforced in real learning contexts, maximizing growth across settings.

Why Families Choose This Program

  • Licensed special education teachers with expertise in differentiated instruction

  • A focus on both academic achievement and emotional well-being

  • Integration of therapy recommendations to support the “whole child”

  • Strong family–instructors-therapists (where applicable) collaboration to align goals and strategies
